PROMOTE DAVAO CITY USING THE HASHTAG #SHAREDAVAO

      Last October 24 it was a successful event for those who joined the “Twitter party” mainly the event was organized by rappler and with the collaboration of Department of tourism. Bloggers, into the media sides, people that has been to Davao and from Davao and twitter enthusiast is the participants for the Twitter party the said #SHAREDAVAO is also part of #SHAREPH in which way to promote the hidden beauty of  the Philippines in topics such as through

• Accommodations
• Food Adventure
• Nightlife
• Culture/Religion
• Academe
• Business

the event lasted for 2 hours from 3-4 pm but it does not stop there at the Twitter because rappler will choose the best one and will use them in their website to be part of the virtual map of the Philippines with it’s location, share yours by clicking here

       All we know that almost all of us in our house owns a facebook, twitter or instagram accounts and sometimes we posted our photos using the hashstag that we just created but how about if let’s unite and post our selfies with the beautiful sunset as the background and use the hashtag #SHAREDAVAO (if that photo is taken from Davao) and #SHAREPH to unite all text post, videos and picture and then when clicking that hashstag people who’s planning to visit the Philippines will have a overview on where to wander on the Philippines together let’s help each other to attract 8.2 million foreign visitors and 51.7 million domestic tourists in 2015 as what Aquino’s Administration is targeting (info from here)

Alleycat Tea House

Summer is now official here in Philippines we can now feel the brightly and hot welcome of the sun in this tropical country we can enjoy the summer by refreshing not only into swimming but if you're an avid fan of Tea mainly milk tea but looking for affordable shop well I think you can try at Alleycat Tea House located at Door#07 The Site, Davao Central Convenience Store, Inc., E. A photo of the counter area of the shop (I love how they put tea cups on it that looks a like in the logo of the shop) in their is the banana oatmeal cookies (Php 35.00) and Chocochip cat Cookies and Red velvet Cookie (Php 10.00) and a jar that I think is candies? (hearing the names of the cookies is already a mouth watering isn't)

right way when we entered the shop I ordered for the first time my Milk tea with the flavor of Royal bought this for Php 80.00 it was served in a mason jar that adds the good appeal of it (it was said that they are using the mason jar as the drinking jar because it is environment friendly)

MILK TEA:The good thing about in this cute shop is that when you ordered Tea they give you additional one free cookie!And for the most awaited part of the day is tasting this Royal Milk tea for the first time and believe me when I took my first sip it gave me a feeling of comfort and happiness the tea really taste so good that you can really say that I really paid just enough for the food that can really made you come back again in this shop it taste so creamy that you can really taste what's on it and not just the ice on it.

Banana Oatmeal: the day won't end without tasting their Banana Oatmeal cookie in the pack contains 4 cookies for Php 35.00 the cookies are quite big and for the awaited part for my first bite I can taste the crunch of the oatmeal after it was well bitten it has a twist on it I can say it because for it is not that sweet but it's creamy and every bite really needs another bite really perfect for their Milk tea's

Place: the place has it's 2nd floor where in you can choose books on their shelves but if you're not on the mood to read you can also keep in touch with your friends with it's WIFI if still not contented you can draw cute stuff with its color pencil already place on each tables

Colgate Fresh Jam 2014

                 
                           " I really believe that little hobby will not just stop from there but will grow like a blooming flower" It all started when I adore concerts, acoustic live bands and mall shows of the national or local artist when suddenly Callalily an OPM artist came and visited Davao last February 2 at Sm Lanang Premiere and as a adore their music I bought their Album Flower Power served as the VIP ticket for album signing and Meet and Greet and that was so great (oh I was like crazy on the stage when I first saw them in front of me )

While signing the album I took a selfie with Aaron the bands' Base and when it's Keane turned to signed the CD he told me to like the facebook page of Colgate philippines for a chance to be with them and write up a song well that's what I did when I got home and too excited to read the Colgates' mechanic one of them is to answer the question "What is the most important in our generation" as far as I could remember my answer was all about Information through music and that how the story goes till February 12 came in to my life when unregistered number called me and I was thinking who is this calling but when I picked it up believe me I panic,screamed and laughed when she told me she's from Colgate Philippines announcing that I'm one of the 50 winners in the entire MINDANAO yeah you heard it I mean you read it right so unbelievable right? and much more that I Knew that my sister was also picked (sounds amazing well that's how sisters' brain worked) then They invited us to be part of them on February 15 at water front hotel at 9 am BUT but we got there at 10 am because the distance of the place from the city is far plus we are not that familiar to the place but still Life goes on!

when we are already on that beautiful and classic hotel we registered our names and picked our team among the Callalily (it's either Keane or Lem) ,Chicosci (either Mong or Lem) , Gracenote (Eunice) and Abra so there were 5 Teams when I got there the teams were already making cheers for the group luckily I'm just on time few more minutes the team performed the Cheers by the way I'm proud to say I belonged to TEAM MIGGY when I'm on the room it was like the conference/meeting room of the hotel the setting was so cool where there are a lot of camera everywhere waiting for you to smile.

We have a lot of fun on the games that was prepared by the Colgate Philippines when we are all set the most important part of the event already came

Then I have the best conversation in my life with this artist where in they shared the techniques on writing song and the reason on how they come up with the Lyrics of their songs hopefully I could post some of our convo here

After that we had our free lunch at this beautiful hotel that is near the shore 

And the food was so good and I Admit that it's my first time to eat in this 5 star class hotel here in Davao

(well I wonder how does it cost? hmmm) 

Meeting people with the same hobbies and passion as yours is one of the greatest feeling that I could imagine while eating we talked about our favorite artist, music our life and everything we felt like we knew each other for a long time like there is no boundary between maybe just what I've said we have similar likes in life

after Lunch we started to find our place together with our mentor Sir Miggy of chicosci where we are going to write our song he told us in his band all of the members has it's own notebook where in they are going to write what they feel and they will just mix all the most best words and combined them all that's how their lyrics worked so as what we did all of member of the Team Miggy first decided a theme which is dream and we wrote what we feel about our dreams the most String part of what he told us when he said not minding what people think of your music at least your happy on it well I really appreciate things that he told to us that strike young song writers heart and I salute him for that hoping to meet him again soon and have coffee with him together with the team Miggy then when it all done we came back into the room and waited until our turned to perform

and this is the product of our collaboration for one hour

I do really appreciate also the words of Sir Lem the drummer of the callalily to use the 5 senses on writing a song and on lunch break the Colgate jammers enjoyed his humor as he played guitar and make a lyrics on that moment teasing on a joke manner the other artist he's kind the shy type guy when you're with him or maybe he's just so down to earth and very humble

Colgate Fresh Jam Concert with the Callalily

             last March 7 2014 Colgate Fresh Jam has reach it's Final Destination on it's mission in Davao after organizing an event in which song writers on the Philippines can contribute their own lyrics to the unfinished song on the 5 OPM artists

As an Colgate Jam Participant I able to go to the Sponsored Concert of Colgate Philippines on Matina Town Square or also known as MTS as VIP where in if you're not a participant you're required to buy 3 (three) 145 ml of their colgate for Php 91.00 each to be part of  the VIP and 1 (one) 145 ml for General Admission

                      The said Concert was really fun there are games in which the host will ask few questions to the Audience then they have to text their answer on the number that Flashed into the screen and the best thing is if you're the winner you'll get gift packs from Colgate plus a Meet and Greet pass! I'm one of those lucky winner but then I give the Pass because the thing that I already meet and greet the Callalily on their Mall Show I know that my friend is really really a great fan of the Callalily that's why I gave it away but the experience is pretty awesome where when you're a winner you should go on the stage and get the price in front of the crowd.

                       

While waiting for the Callalily there were 3 bands who performed but I'm kinda late so I've only reached the 2nd band which is the Anne Mendoza

I've already know her before she step on that stage and I already seen her performance on one of the Resto bar here in Davao and her voice makes you feel like your floating into the air with her pop rock with the combination of acoustic approach

            One of my favorite composition of them is the "Atras Abante" (check her sound cloud account) which can really lead you to Last Song Sysndrome

And the last band that performed is the Day Break Davao

Their vocalist Jeamar made the people scream because of his Screemo voice with the blend of sweet and charm he doesn't only sang his favorite artist song which is Bamboo but also sang "Pusong bato" and making fun of the song but what the girl Audience attract the most is their handsome guitarist Meloi which catches the attention of everyone and all of the cameras is now flashing to him.

But the most awaited band of the night already came the CALLALILY

They told the Audience that because of their fans they are still in the Industry and

they are asking to support them by voting to them on MYX

they first sang the "Pasasalamat"

I also do Adore Tatsi while his on stage because while playing guitars he closes his eyes and just feel the music well that Cool!

If you could only see how Lem Rocks the MTS by his moves and beating the drum so good that can make you really appreciate how hard drums is but it's just too easy for him when you looked at

This might be the best shot that I've took on the event I really believe Keane has his dedication for his work and in every song that he ever sing on his performance I know that it's really from his heart and he really felt the music as one in himself
